Your TV must have a QAM tuner installed.  Using a coaxial cable, connect to the cable TV connection in your room.  Go into your TV settings and tell it to scan for channels.  

If you do not pick up any channels, confirm that your TV does have a QAM tuner and that the coaxial cable is securely connected on both ends.  If you are still having issues, place an IT ticket or email and someone will work with you to resolve the problem.
