Remote into Bepoz server -

Open Back Office app
Login - see credentials below
Click Account type (Unlimited) > Add New Account > Select Account
Double click on first account you see
Fill in this information > Click OK
Their account is now created.
Now issue Flex Dollars.
Click on Marketing & Promotions > Account Profiles > Manual Issue - One Account Only... (double click to open)
Notice it currently has Zoey Williamson selected.
Click Included Accounts button > Choose another student (double click to select) > Click OK
ISSUE FLEX DOLLARS
Now, click System Setup > Scheduled Jobs > Manual Issue - $125 Flex Dollar
Click Run Now > Yes > OK > Yes
NEED TO REMOVE FLEX DOLLARS?
To remove a voucher repeat the steps about with 1 exception.
You will run the Scheduled job called: Manual Remove - $125 Flex Dollar job.
This removes Flex from that student.
